We are a not-for-profit educational organization, founded by Mortimer Adler and we have recently made an exciting discovery--three years after writing the wonderfully expanded third edition of How to Read a Book, Mortimer Adler and Charles Van Doren made a series of thirteen 14-minute videos, lively discussing the art of reading. The videos were produced by Encyclopaedia Britannica. For reasons unknown, sometime after their original publication, these videos were lost.

Three hours with Mortimer Adler on one DVD. A must for libraries and classroom teaching the art of reading.

I cannot over exaggerate how instructive these programs are--we are so sure that you will agree, if you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your donation.

Please go here to see a clip and learn more:

However, I didn't find your blog randomly...

Thanks for your comment on my blog, was truely appreciated. Something so blogging usual, leaving a commen, actually made a difference to how I was feeling when I saw it. Just was not expecting people to respond to whatI thought was just a moaning diary entry.

I have now been checking out your stuff and you have given me some ideas, mostly about the money issue. Like I really need to get some benefit or somthing, i used to be. Tried to run my own business, but its hard. Easier than workig for someone when you have this illness, but still hard and not coping. That would ease the financial burden.

The only problem is that I asscociate it with failure, taking donations when I am such a pride person... but I guess certain things you must swallow eh?

Thanks again for the thoughts and I wil be sure to add you to my subs.

I also found your blog randomly.
I teach emotionally/behaviorally challenged 13-16 year olds at a public school, and found your blog to be a great insight into what might go through their minds at times.
I'd love to see more thoughts from you...

Ok, this is weird. I pressed random blog on Wordpress, and I got yours.

Here's the weird part:

I've been suffering from general panic and axiety for a year now. I'm on anty-depressants also, Effexor, 300 mg and 30mg of mirtazapine.

I should start gradually going back to work at the end of May. I'll be going part time starting in august because I'm going back to school.

Here's weird number 2.

I'm going to school full time in horticulture. lol

For real! I can't believe this.

Congrats on you positives!
Good luck for the future.

Have fun!?

I really like your blog. I suffer from mental illness as well, and have gone thru major issues in my life. Its not an easy road, but you seem to be traveling it well.
Hugs to you,
Rae

Hello Clint:
This is the first time I have come across your site, and I plan to visit again. Keep working on finding your way through this complicated existence. You will make it. I hope you have surrounded yourself by caring, godly people.

Blessings,
